I am Lorraine Sue-Fern Yeung, a Leeds (UK), based practicing Artist.

I focus on the nature of the cadaver and macabre: I purge, eject and expel my work in the form of bodily mediums.  From a range of works, including performance, animated dead skin, collected hair and fingernail sculptures, my work attempts to overcome the abject. These portraits give glimpses to an obsessive and compulsive behavior which  behave like personal rituals to redeem the death and dark in to life and light.  With a quality of being both beautiful and yet slightly disturbing, inanimate objects are given life and purpose through an intervention and desire to redeem myself.
