Thank you Lord for another excellent demonstration of your sovereignty over my life.
As of today I can legally drive on my own!! Yes… It’s about 6 years too late, but never mind… Finally got my act together. Thank you for all your prayers and support.
I’m so grateful that God gave me a car for an awesome deal. I thank Him that they came with a full set of winter tires which my cousin helped get on just in time for the BC winter.
I thank God that he found a way to make sure all was working on my car before my test. My tire pressures were in check.
I remember coming up to my parallel park, realising I was about a foot or two too far from the car. I told the Lord in my head that if I pass this test, I’m giving Him the credit and so I am. To my surprise, during my parallel park, my examiner gave me some pointers on when I needed to turn!!
I love how He orchestrated my whole day. How He sent my friend to be my support and how she led me in prayer before the test. I thank Him that because the guy before me decided not to show up, that the driving examiner I had was a lovely gracious old man, as opposed to the sterner one. Thank God that even though I stalled my engine and avoided a collision, that I somehow managed to scrape through.
I suppose my continued prayer is that I would be able to use what He has given to me for His Kingdom, however that would look, whether it’s to do house visitis, or more freedom to give my time to His work and ministry independently, as opposed to relying on others for a ride. It will give people like my cousin more freedom too I guess as he’s being called to different areas to me. :) And I suppose it will afford me the flexibility I need of work and ministry, and skiing. :P
Thank you Jesus!!
